1. Product Information
All garments are individually hand-painted using bleach on black fabric. Each piece is unique and may have natural variations in texture or tone due to the manual process.
2. Orders & Payment
Orders are processed upon full payment. Prices are listed in EUR (or specify your default currency) and include VAT where applicable.
3. Shipping
We offer free worldwide shipping. Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days. If the timeline changes (for example, due to a production queue), I’ll personally let you know — you’ll always have a way to reach me.
Feel free to contact me before placing your order if you’d like to check the estimated production time.
4. Returns & Cancellations
Each piece is made with care and intention. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of the items, returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with any issues.
In case of damage, we kindly ask for a video of the unboxing at the moment of opening. Without this, we may be unable to process a claim, as we cannot verify whether the item was damaged during shipping or afterwards.
5. Care Instructions
To prolong the life of your garment, wash gently at 30–40°C, avoid tumble drying, and do not use bleach detergents.
6. Intellectual Property
All artworks, images, and designs presented on this site are original works by the artist. Reproduction or commercial use is not permitted without written consent.
